Marinate a 1kg rolled beef roast with 1 x 200g McCormick Marinade in a Bag Brazilian BBQ for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Cook the beef in a preheated oven 180ºC for 45minutes or cooked to your liking. Remove beef from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve beef slices with a chimichurri sauce.
Chimichurri sauce :
Combine 1 bunch chopped flat leaf parsley, 2 cloves crushed garlic, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle in 1 tbsp olive oil.
