Ice cream, Cadbury chocolate and marshmallows are all it takes for a super easy dessert everyone will love.


  • 2 litres Cadbury Chocolate Ice Cream, softened slightly

  • 1 cup Pascall Marshmallows, roughly chopped

  • 220g Cadbury Dairy Milk Rocky Road, roughly chopped

  • 100g Cadbury Dark or Milk Cooking Chocolate, chopped

  • ½ cup cream


  • 1.

    Gently fold together the ice cream, marshmallows and Rocky Road chocolate. Spoon into a 20 x 20 x 4cm baking dish. Cover and freeze until firm.

  • 2.

    Melt together the dark chocolate and cream in a glass bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.

  • 3.

    To serve, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
