This Aussie burger is made with bacon, egg, mayo and caramelised onions.
Pre heat your grill or barbeque to medium high. Sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes either side. Remove meat and rest for 3 minutes.
While kangaroo cooks, fry bacon and eggs.
Assemble each sandwich with a kangaroo tenderloin, a rasher of bacon, fried egg and a selection of your favourite fillings.
