Skip the deep fried, greasy take out food and make these delicious somasas at home.
Preheat oven 180ºC and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Mix flavour shot contents and potato together in a bowl. Cut 4 x 11cm circles from each pastry sheet.
Spoon a heaped tablespoon of potato mixture into the centre of each circle. Fold the pastry over to enclose filling and press edges of pastry with a fork to seal. Place samosas onto baking trays.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Mix yoghurt and mint together and serve with the samosas.
