Grilled Chicken and Rice Burritos

Spice up dinner tonight with this simple, tasty Mexican recipe.

Ingredients

  • 400g Chicken fillets (skinless and boneless), sliced

  • 1 McCormick Chilli Con Carne Flavour Shot

  • 2 cups cooked Rice

  • ½ can Kidney beans, drained

  • 3 Capsicums (red, green and yellow), sliced

  • 4 Burritos wraps

  • 1 cup Guacamole dip, to serve

  • 2 cups shredded Lettuce, to serve

Method

  • 1.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan on high and cook chicken fillet 3-5 minutes, add flavour shot contents, rice, beans, capsicums and cook for 3-5 minutes until chicken and capsicums are cooked.

  • 2.

    Spread burrito with a dollop of guacamole and handful of lettuce, place one or two spoonful’s of chicken and rice mixture into centre of burrito and roll up.
