Make dinner a no-fuss affair tonight with this delicious, quick and easy stir fry recipe.


  • 1 McCormick Chicken Fried Rice Flavour Shot

  • 500g chicken tenderloins, sliced

  • 1 tbsp oil (optional)

  • 440g flat rice noodles, cooked and drained

  • 1 red capsicum, sliced

  • 1 bunch broccolini, sliced into 3

  • 1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)


  • 1.

    In a pan, mix flavour shot contents and chicken together in a bowl and marinate for 20 minutes.

  • 2.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

  • 3.

    Toss in noodles, red capsicum and broccolini and cook for 5 minutes on high heat, stirring frequently until vegetables are just cooked. Add sweet soy sauce and serve.
