Asian Slaw

Try this zesty and crunchy salad for a quick and healthy lunch.


  • ¼ white cabbage, shredded

  • 1 carrot, finely sliced

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 lebanese cucumber, sliced into strips

  • ½ bunch mint, roughly chopped

  • ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped

  • 1 chilli, finely sliced

  • 1 cob fresh corn kernels

  • 100g raw peanuts, toasted

  • 100g crispy egg noodles, deep fried until golden and crispy

  • 200ml ZOOSH Kung Pow Sweet Chilli dressing

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, season with sea salt and serve in a bowl.

  • 2.

    OPTION: Add poached chicken, poached fish or finely sliced rare roast beef.
