Sprinkle sugar over the base of 4×1 cup capacity greased shallow ovenproof dishes. Divide berries evenly between the dishes.
Beat the Philly, extra sugar and flour with an electric beater until smooth. Gradually add the combined vanilla, eggs and milk, beat until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over berries.
Bake in a hot oven 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
