Choc Banana-Berry Frappe

To satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt this Easter, Nature’s Own Dietitian Kate Save  shares her healthy chocolate alternatives to beat the binge!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • I cup frozen mixed berries

  • 2 tb organic raw cacao powder or cocoa powder

  • 1 cup low fat Greek yoghurt

  • 4 tinned prunes (or 1/3 cup prune juice)

Method

  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients in a blender and use prunes or juice to sweeten to taste. Makes x 2 serves.
