This sensational seafood salad is perfect to share as an entree, or as a main at lunch.
Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and whisk together with a fork. Set aside.
Divide the lamb’s lettuce between serving plates. Top with avocado and the julienned apple. Slice the fish at an angle into thin sashimi slices and place it over the salad. Drizzle with the dressing and serve with a scattering of sesame seeds.
