BBQ Green Chicken

  • 1 x 1.2kg Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)

  • 100g coriander stalks

  • 3 cloves garlic peeled

  • 50g ginger (grated)

  • 100ml grape seed oil

  • 1 large red chili

  • 30ml soy

  • salt, pepper

  • lime


  • 1.

    Puree al the ingredients in a mortar and pestle, coat the chicken and leave to marinade for at least an hour.

  • 2.

    Grill over hot coals until cooked season with salt, pepper and lime.
