Smoky Chorizo Tacos

Try a spin on the popular taco with Mr Beak’s sausages. Guaranteed to win over the fussiest eaters and super easy to prepare for a quick weeknight meal.


  • 1 pack of Mr Beak’s Smoky Chorizo Sausages (450g)

  • 6 small flour tortillas, warmed

  • 1 red capsicum

  • 1 yellow capsicum

  • 1 green capsicum

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • Toppings

  • Diced red onion

  • Sliced jalapeno

  • Gaucamole

  • Sour cream


  • 1.

    Slice capsicums and sauté with olive oil

  • 2.

    BBQ or pan fry chorizo sausages according to the instructions on the pack

  • 3.

    Serve chorizo in tortillas with cooked capsicum and toppings
