Prawn & Jelly Fish salad

Ingredients

  • 40g jelly fish

  • 40g jicama (peeled $ shredded)

  • 8 cooked prawns(shelled & halved)

  • 40g kohlrabi(peeled $ shredded)

  • 40g carrot(peeled & shredded)

  • 40g cucumber (chopped)

  • Nouc cham

  • 10ml fish sauce

  • 10ml water

  • 10 vinegar

  • 10g sugar

  • squeeze of lime

  • pinch of chili

Method

  • 1.

    A hand full of chopped green shallots and torn coriander, mint

  • 2.

    Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, season with Nouc cham dressing.
