Naem Neung (Grilled Pork skewers)


  • 500g Pork mince

  • 10g Garlic (minced)

  • 20ml Honey

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 50g Pork fat(minced)

  • 30g Curing salt

  • 10 skewers soaked in water


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, knead for 2 minutes.

  • 2.

    Shape into skewers and BBQ for 2 – 3 minutes

Question on curing salt ? I thought it was for curing meats ? are there different types of curing salt
