Sometimes organic dried cherries are referred to as ‘sour’ or ‘black’ because of their dark colour and tart flavour.
Melt cacao butter in a glass bowl over boiling water.
Remove, stirring in all other ingredients until fully combined.
Pour chocolate onto a lined flat tray and pop into the freezer to set quickly.
Once set, this chocolate can be broken into pieces to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge/freezer or served immediately.
10 minutes to set. Makes enough cherry goodness to last a few days
