Try this delicious tea infused cocktail recipe courtesy of our friends Dilmah.


  • 60 ml Dilmah Green Tea Moroccan Mint (strong brew 3 minutes)

  • 40 ml gold rum

  • 10 ml White Grape juice

  • 4 green grapes

  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar

  • Lime Zest

  • Mint leaves (for garnish)


  • 1.

    Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool

  • 2.

    Place the grapes and granulated sugar in the rock glass

  • 3.

    Zest a lime into the glass and add crushed ice, rum, grape juice and tea

  • 4.

    Stir the ingredients

  • 5.

    Garnish with mint leaves
