Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs

  • 100ml hoy sin sauce

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1large red chili

  • 2 tbl spoon soy

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbl spoon roasted coriander seeds

  • 1 tbl spoon roasted cumin seeds

  • 1 lemon

  • salt

Method

  • 1.

    Steam the ribs for 30 minutes in a bamboo steamer then set aside to cool.

  • 2.

    Smash all the dry ingredients using a pestle and mortar.

  • 3.

    Fold through the hoy sin and soy.

  • 4.

    Marinade the ribs in this paste for at least 2 hours then BBQ on each side for 5 minutes, season with salt and lemon juice.
