Try these amazing dumplings!
Heat chicken stock, star anise, ginger, chilli, fish sauce and soy sauce in a pot.
Bring the stock to the boil and then add the pasta and coriander stalks. Cook pasta as per the packet directions for cooking time.
Once pasta is cooked, turn the heat off. Add the lime juice and choy sum.
Divide the soup and pasta amongst 4 bowls.
Finish with coriander leafs and sprinkle of crispy shallots to each bowl.
