Try this delicious toasted brioche!
In a saucepan, combine water, juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, agave and fruits. Bring to the boil and turn down to a low heat and cook for 25 minutes.
Cool slightly. While the poached fruits are cooling, blend the ricotta, cream cheese, agave and cinnamon in a small food processor until smooth.
To serve, arrange two pieces of brioche on each plate. Spoon-over the poached fruits and the syrup, followed by a spoonful of the ricotta mixture.
