This one is sure to satisfy the hungriest of family members! With the goodness of fibre, protein, dairy and veggies it will keep them going for hours.
Spread the mashed avocado onto two pieces of bread. Add the celery, shredded chicken and lettuce to one piece of bread with avocado then place the other piece on top, avocado side down.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese frosting, stirring until well combined and smooth. Add the corn relish and stir until combined.
Spread the top of the sandwich with the corn mixture and sprinkle on the corn kernels.
Place the third piece of bread and cut into quarters or halves.
