Served with a delicious dipping sauce, these succulent steamed pork dumplings take only minutes to cook and are perfect as an entrée, main meal or a low fat snack.
Combine pork mince, ginger, spring onion, coriander and 1 tablespoon of Five Tastes Pad Thai Paste, mix well.
Place a rounded teaspoon of mixture in the centre of each wrapper, wet the edges with a little water, fold over to enclose filling and pleat seam.
Line a steamer with baking paper and place over a pan of boiling water. Place dumplings in a single layer, cover and steam for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile combine remaining Pad Thai Paste, fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice in a small bowl, stir to dissolve.
Serve hot dumplings with dipping sauce.
