Try Tiffiny's miraculouse mousse!
Combine the avocado, vanilla and cocoa, followed by the other ingredients into a thermomixer.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of coconut water to make the mousse lighter.
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to thicken.
Spoon into a bowl and allow to chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
Toast the almonds and sprinkle on top.
Garnish with honeycomb.
