Broccoli, Mint & Seeds


  • 2 heads broccoli

  • half and lemon(zest and juice)

  • half a large red chili

  • 3 slices of garlic

  • 1 handful of picked torn mint

  • 3 tablespoon of roasted almonds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tbl spoon olive oil

  • salt, pepper


  • 1.

    Slice the broccoli into three, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper, BBQ for 3 minutes along with the chili.  Remove from the BBQ and roughly chop.  Throw into and bowl, add all other ingredients, season again and eat or serve if you like.
