  • 4-5 portions of striploin steak

  • 1 x large bunch of organic carrots

  • 2 x large bunches of broccolini

  • 12 x small carrots

  • 6 x large potatoes (for boiling), peeled

  • 2 x tbsp. honey

  • 3 x garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp. of sesame seeds

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • 1 x tbsp. salted butter


  • 1.

    Peel and boil potatoes for 15 minutes

  • 2.

    Add chopped garlic after 7 minutes

  • 3.

    Set meat for room temperature and pre-heat BBQ plate to amedium heat

  • 4.

    Place the bunches of broccolini in a large bowl of iced water

  • 5.

    Add carrots and honey into boiling water, boil for 8 minutes

  • 6.

    Remove then strain and toss in sesame seeds

  • 7.

    Rub olive oil over steak and season with salt and pepper

  • 8.

    Remove wrap in foil and let rest

  • 9.

    Place broccolini into boiling water for 2 minutes then put in to iced water for 1 minute

  • 10.

    Add back into the boiling water for another minute

  • 11.

    Remove then strain and serve

  • 12.

    Strain potatoes

  • 13.

    Place back in pot and add 1 cup of milk and salted butter

  • 14.

    Mash until fluffy

  • 15.

    Plate up and enjoy
