Try this amazing Entree!
Pre-soak your skewers by completely submerging them in warm water
Pour sweet chilli sauce in to a bowl
Peel and crush 5-6 cloves of garlic (depending on size)
Peel ginger and grate (be careful of your fingers!)
Add garlic, ginger and fish fillets to the bowl
Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins
Pre-heat BBQ plate to a medium heat
Skewer down the length of the flathead fillet and allow to sitin room temp for 10 mins before placing on BBQ
Cook for 3-4 mins each side and serve
