split bread roll with toppings


  • ancient grain panini bread roll

  • riccoto cheese to spread

  • celery stick

  • always fresh sundried tomato strips

  • cold meat if prefer


  • 1.

    Warm the roll for a few minutes

  • 2.

    Cut in half and again long length

  • 3.

    Spread the riccotto cheese on add salt pepper to taste

  • 4.

    Add dried tomatoe

  • 5.

    Chop celery and add to top

  • 6.



sliced meat if needed should be added on top of the cheese I sometimes eat the celery as a stick, not cut this is great for relaxing with a glass of wine and if more arrive just do another roll
