Try this lovely dessert!


  • 4 x peach halves in syrup

  • 4 x tsp. of dark brown sugar

  • 4 x tsp. of crème fraiche

  • 1 x tsp. of cinnamon


  • 1.

    Heat the peach halves and syrup in a pot

  • 2.

    Once warm, place one in each  bowl and cover liberally with syrup

  • 3.

    Pop 1 tsp. of dark brown sugar into the middle of the peach, followed by 1 tsp. of cold crème fraiche

  • 4.

    Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 5.

    Serve immediately
