Try this amazing entree!
Take 2 limes and finely grate zest, then juice
Take lemon and finely grate zest, then juice
Finely chop chillies
Cut third lime in to wedges
Preheat BBQ or char grill on high
In a large bowl, combine prawns with zest, juice, chilli, garlic and oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Allow to stand for 15 mins
Char-grill prawns for 4-5 minutes until cooked through
Serve prawns with lime wedges
