Try this delicious cream crumble!
Chop rhubarb, apples and strawberries and place in baking dish
Sprinkle with brown sugar and squeeze orange juice over top
Mix flour and butter and add olive oil to make into crumble, kneading it together until bread crumb consistency
Add to top of chopped fruit
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve with whipped cream and ice-cream
