Try this delightful seafood special!


  • ½ a pinch salt and pepper

  • 500g green prawns

  • 12 scallops

  • 1 x bunch spring onions

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 4 x cloves garlic

  • ½ tsp. chilli flakes

  • Parsley to garnish

  • Small bread roll


  • 1.

    Peel prawns leaving tails on

  • 2.

    Chop spring onions

  • 3.

    Pan fry onions in oil with garlic and chillies, add prawns and scallops

  • 4.

    Season with salt and pepper

  • 5.

    Garnish with parsley, and eat with bread rolls should you desire
