Sashimi Tuna and King Fish with Citrus Sauce

Try this amazing sashimi recipe!


  • 200g sashimi grade tuna

  • 200g sashimi grade kingfish

  • 2 x oranges, peeled and segmented with no pith

  • 1 x orange juiced

  • 2 x tbsp. of rice wine vinegar with 1 teaspoon castor sugar

  • ½ Lebanese cucumber diced very finely

  • ½ Spanish onion diced very finely

  • Nasturtiums for decoration


  • 1.

    Finely slice tuna and kingfish, arrange alternatively on long platter

  • 2.

    Finely chop cucumber and Spanish onion, sprinkle over sashimi

  • 3.

    Peel and segment two oranges – removing pith, place segments on sashimi

  • 4.

    Mix orange juice, rice vinegar with sugar together to make citrus dressing

  • 5.

    Drizzle over sashimi

  • 6.

    Decorate with nasturtiums
