Soufflé al Cioccolato Fondente

Try this gorgeous souffle recipe!


  • 150g quality dark chocolate

  • 125g butter

  • ¾ x cup of sugar

  • 3 x tbsp. plain flour

  • Strawberries, raspberries and cream for serving


  • 1.

    Pre heat the oven 200 degrees

  • 2.

    Grease 6 ramekins

  • 3.

    Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl

  • 4.

    In a separate bowl, melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 2 minutes

  • 5.

    Add flour and melted butter and chocolate into the mix

  • 6.

    Bake for 12 minutes

  • 7.

    Serve straight away and serve with cream and berries

Eggs are not mentioned in the ingredients list but they are used in the recipe! How many eggs to we need to use?????
