Prepare crab and avocado mixes in advance.
Place avocado mix on plate and place crab mix on top. Layer fresh diced mango pieces on top. Garnish with lime segments, diced tomato, picked baby herbs and fresh crab legs.
Finish with drizzled lime oil.
