  • Crab Mix:

  • 120g Fresh Blue Swimmer Crab Meat (can be substituted with Fresh Mud Crab Meat)

  • 30 - 40 g Mayonnaise

  • Seasoning (to taste)

  • Avocado Mix:

  • 1 large avocado diced

  • 1 chilli

  • 1/4 Spanish Onion.

  • Splash of lemon

  • Garnish:

  • Diced fresh Mango

  • Lime segments

  • Diced Tomato

  • Picked Baby Herbs

  • Fresh Crab legs.


  • 1.

    Prepare crab and avocado mixes in advance.

  • 2.

    Place avocado mix on plate and place crab mix on top. Layer fresh diced mango pieces on top. Garnish with lime segments, diced tomato, picked baby herbs and fresh crab legs.

  • 3.

    Finish with drizzled lime oil.

What sort of recipe is this. NO MENTION AT ALL OF PRAWNS IN THE INGREDIENTS????
Not very good quality control, hope the recipe better than the instructions.
