Try this delicious custard dessert that Matt serves up with his Blueberry Tart.
Whip cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, then layer the cream into a glass serving bowl with the jam and the flesh pieces of the custard apple.
Once layered use a metal spoon and gently stir to create some ripples then serve.
