Paddock To Plate

Try this delicious custard dessert that Matt serves up with his Blueberry Tart. 


  • 300 ml pouring cream, chilled

  • ½ cup home-made or good quality store-bought blueberry jam

  • 1 custard apple, deseeded & peeled


  • 1.

    Whip cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, then layer the cream into a glass serving bowl with the jam and the flesh pieces of the custard apple.

  • 2.

    Once layered use a metal spoon and gently stir to create some ripples then serve.
