This dish is sure to impress even the fussiest of guests!
Preheat oven 180ºC (160ºC fan-forced)
Place fish fillets into a 20cmx30cm baking dish.
Combine in a large bowl the fish, salt, lemon, orange, dill, fennel and lemon & pepper and pour over fish fillets.
Bake fish for 20 minutes or until flesh flakes.
Serve fish with tossed green salad.
