Dill, Fennel & Lemon Pepper Fish

This dish is sure to impress even the fussiest of guests!


  • 1 kg white fish fillets, (no bones and skinless).

  • (We suggest Dory, Ling, Blue Eye.)

  • 1 tsp McCormick ground salt

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • 1 tsp McCormick Dill Leaves

  • 1 tsp McCormick Fennel Seeds (optional)

  • 1 tsp McCormick Lemon & Pepper seasoning

  • French Fries, to serve

  • Tossed green salad, to serve


  • 1.

    Preheat oven 180ºC (160ºC fan-forced)

  • 2.

    Place fish fillets into a 20cmx30cm baking dish.

  • 3.

    Combine in a large bowl the fish, salt, lemon, orange, dill, fennel and lemon & pepper and pour over fish fillets.

  • 4.

    Bake fish for 20 minutes or until flesh flakes.

  • 5.

    Serve fish with tossed green salad.

  • 6.

    Serving suggestion: Try this recipe using a whole fish fillet.
