Easy BBQ Pulled Pork


  • 4-6lb pork butt roast

  • 2 sliced small Onions

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 Pinches of freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder


  • 1.

    Put 4-6lb pork butt Roast in Crock Pot.

  • 2.

    Add other ingredients, cover with water

  • 3.

    Cook on low all day

  • 4.

    Remove pork and onions

  • 5.

    Shred pork with fork, removeing bone and fat

  • 6.

    Add shredded meat and onions to Crock pot.

  • 7.

    Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce over it and cook an hour or so on low until heated thru.

  • 8.

    Serve on your favorite rolls or right in the plate.
