Take a slab of baby back ribs from your grocer’s meat dept.
Wash the meat down with tap water, then place on a cookie sheet and rub down both sides with your

Then take French’s Yellow Mustard and completely cover both sides. Just rub it in with your bare (clean)
Then on the meat side cover the mustard with brown sugar. Let set in the fridge for about an hour, while

With the grill about 350, I put the ribs on bone side down. I let the bones take the most of the heat. The
Sugar and mustard will melt and run off some but after about 8-10
Minutes the meat side will caramelize and crust over.
Then you can start to flip the ribs. You know they ready when they start pulling apart when your flippin.
