This all purpose sweet and tangy BBQ sauce suits all meats from beef to lamb and of course pork sausages.


  • 1 cup Ketchup

  • 0.5 cup Ginger Ale

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon molasses

  • 1 tablespoon apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons yellow Mustard

  • 3 teaspoons BBQ rub

  • 1 teaspoon granulated Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon granulated Onion

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 0.75 cup Water

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch add once cooked, if thicker sauce is desired

    Brisk simmer on medium low heat for 30 minutes
