Try this easy and very quick version for tasty BBQ Peking Duck rolls.
Finely slice duck and place on hot plate to heat through.
Place roti bread on grill for 3-4 minutes.
Brush bread with hoisin sauce mix.
Place bean sprouts, snow pea shoots, shallots, coriander, duck and tomato on bread.
Roll very tightly away from yourself and cut in half.
