Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix together the flours, corn meal, and baking powder. Then make a well on a pastry board or table.
In a separate bowl, beat together the sugar and the eggs.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except water, and mix.
Pour this mixture into the well of dry ingredients on the pastry board and mix together quickly and well. Add just enough water to amalgate. The dough should not be elastic but rather crumbly.
Set it in baking pans, that have been brushed with olive oil and dusted with breadcrumbs. Adjust evenly to 1/2- inch high with fingers like a tart crust.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Let them cool in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Then remove from pan and finish cooling on a rack.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve. It does not cut well. It crumbles into pieces.
