Thai Butterfly

David Read's signature cocktail infusion

Ingredients

  • chunks of Lemongrass

  • Chilli

  • 30 ml Seriously Pinky Gin

  • 15 ml Lychee liqueur

  • 15 ml Apple schnapps

  • 15 ml sugar syrup

  • 60 ml Guava nectar

Method

  • 1.

    Muddle chunks of lemongrass & small slices of chilli in shaker.

  • 2.

    Quarter fill shaker with ice, pour in:

  • 3.

    Seriously Pinky Gin, Lychee liqueur, Apple schnapps, Suger syrup and Guava nectar.

  • 4.

    Shake and strain into glass.

  • 5.

    Garnish with lemongrass stick & chilli ring.

  • 6.

    Muddle & build in shaker.
