This fantastic fresh recipe is served with with sucuk, coriander and lemon.


  • 6 scallops on the shell

  • 100g sucuk (Turkish sausage), diced

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 1 medium bunch of diced coriander

  • 1/2 lemon, juice only


  • 1.

    Saute sucuk with onions and add juice of lemon, coriander and cook, then spoon on top of scallop and place under grill.

    Serve with a wedge of lemon.
