Cumin and Honey Roasted Carrot Dip

This super simple dip is packed full of flavour.


  • 10 carrots, peeled and chopped into 5cm pieces

  • 2 tbsp ground cumin

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pepper and salt to taste


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together and roast in oven at 160 degrees C  until caramelised and soft (approximately 30 minutes).

  • 2.

    Puree in a food processor.
