This light and delicious salad is perfect for those who love to entertain without stacking on the kilograms!


  • 2 chicken fillets, char grilled and sliced

  • Olive oil spray

  • 3 sticks celery, diagonally sliced

  • 2 Royal Gala apples, cored and cut into wedges

  • 1 cup mixed seedless grapes (red and green)

  • 1 cup toasted walnut halves

  • ½ cup ZOOSH Just Got Laid Free Range Egg Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard

  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk, to thin


  • 1.

    Spray chicken fillets liberally with oil and char grill or BBQ until as desired.  Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or roughly chopping.

  • 2.

    Combine the chicken, celery, apples, grapes and walnuts in a large serving bowl.

  • 3.

    Combine the mayonnaise, mustard and enough milk to thin the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.

  • 4.

    TIP: Use BBQ chicken instead if desired.
