Spray chicken fillets liberally with oil and char grill or BBQ until as desired. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing or roughly chopping.
Combine the chicken, celery, apples, grapes and walnuts in a large serving bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard and enough milk to thin the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately.
TIP: Use BBQ chicken instead if desired.
