Start your day on a great note with EatFitFood's delicious and nutritious bircher muesli. Packed full of goodness, this yummy breakfast number will have you jumping out of bed and running into the kitchen. Serve with Coconut Yoghurt and Passionfruit

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • Tbsp sesame seeds

  • Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • Tbsp sunflower seeds

  • Handful goji berries

  • Handful cranberries

  • 1 medium apple

  • A small cup of rice milk

  • Tsp desiccated coconut

  • Tsp slivered almonds

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Half a small cup of Co Yo coconut yoghurt

  • 1 passionfruit

Method

  • 1.

    Combine muesli ingredients

  • 2.

    Grate apple into container and add with muesli

  • 3.

    Cover with rice milk
