This simply and delicious recipe will be the hit at your next dinner party!
Individually skewer each prawn cutlet along the length of a skewer. Spray with oil. Char grill prawn skewers until cooked as desired.
Arrange the lettuce and avocado on serving plates and top each plate with 5 prawn skewers. Drizzle with dressing and serve with chives and limes. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes in water before threading with prawns. This will prevent them from burning during cooking.
