This simply and delicious recipe will be the hit at your next dinner party!


  • 30 green prawn cutlets

  • Olive oil spray

  • 1 large iceberg lettuce, cored, rinsed, drained and cut into 6 wedges

  • 2 avocadoes cut into thick wedges

  • ½ cup ZOOSH Creamy Dreamy 1000 Island Zingy Tomato Cocktail

  • Chives, for serving

  • Lime cheeks, for serving


  • 1.

    Individually skewer each prawn cutlet along the length of a skewer.  Spray with oil. Char grill prawn skewers until cooked as desired.

  • 2.

    Arrange the lettuce and avocado on serving plates and top each plate with 5 prawn skewers. Drizzle with dressing and serve with chives and limes. Serve immediately.

  • 3.

    TIPS: Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes in water before threading with prawns. This will prevent them from burning during cooking.
