Try this delicious recipe, courtesy of our friends at Gourmet Garden.
Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion until lightly browned.
Slit the sausages and remove the meat. Add sausage meat and beef mince to the pan and sauté until well browned, breaking up lumps with a spatula or a wooden spoon.
Add tomato paste, garlic, chilli, oregano and cumin and sauté briefly. Add canned tomatoes and ½ cup water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and summer for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spring onion and check for salt and pepper. Simmer a further 1-2 minutes, and stir in parsley.
