Put mussels in large pot.
Add in all other ingredients and give it a stir.
Put your burner on high and bring liquid to a boil. If needed, tilt the cover of your pot (to allow the steam to come out) so it doesn't boil over and allow to steam for about 15 minutes.
You know the mussels are ready once they are all completely open.
*If a mussel is already open before cooking, DO NOT COOK IT THROW IT AWAY.
