  • 1 butternut pumpkin

  • ham hock

  • massells veg stock

  • onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 bay leaves

  • sour cream to serve.

  • 3 tsps yeast

  • 280mls water

  • 2 tsps sugar

  • 2 tsps salt

  • 3cups gluten free plain flour


  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker,cookfor4 hrs on high. bamix til smooth and serve with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

  • 2.

    For rolls combine ingredients in bread maker on dough setting.

  • 3.

    When a dough,break into rolls and put on tray to rise.

  • 4.

    When ready put in oven for 15mins on 180.
