  • 1 cup dried spiral pasta

  • 2 ½ cups water

  • ½ cup frozen peas

  • 2 stock cubes

  • ½ cup canned tomatoes


  • 1.

    Cook spiral pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions

  • 2.

    Place 2 cups water in small pot, bring to the boil. Once boiling add peas and crumble in stock cube, cook for 1 minute.

  • 3.

    Add tomatoes and cooked pasta. Serve hot.
